Phuket is probably Thailand’s biggest dive centre, owing to the sheer number of divers who opt to explore the clear blue ocean from her shores. The island is a popular resort and the tourist beaches are quite spread out; therefore, several Phuket dive companies operate out of each area. The busier places have a dozen or more to choose from, while even the remote Nai Yang Beach in the north has Phuket dive operators set up for convenience.
We’ve listed several we can recommend, while some hotels also have great value ‘stay and dive’ packages that often work out to be good value.
