The 6th Annual Quality Schools International Fun Run is set to take place on November 24th, with two events organised on the roads around Bang Wad Dam. One is an easy 1 kilometre 'jog' and another for the more serious participants covers 6.5 kilometres.
There will be gold, silver and bronze medals for the top three finishers in both races, for both male and female. Schools are encouraged to send as many students as possible, wearing their school shirts. The entry fee for students is 100 baht.
If you happen to find yourself in the area and fancy a run for the benefit of the international schools, The 6.5 cross-country circuit is open to the general public, with an entrance fee of 150 baht. There will be a festival type atmosphere with silent auctions and raffles taking place throughout the day.
